Job Overview

Small family owned excavation company looking for CDL Driver, Operator, and Laborer. Knowledge in all aspects of excavation is preferred but we are willing to train the right candidate. Workdays are typically 8‑10 hours. Winter season includes plowing, truck and equipment repairs and upkeep. Pay is based on experience.

Job Types & Services

• Water & sewer installation and repair
• Septic installation and repair
• Commercial and residential site work (from clearing to loam and seed)
• Paving: full driveway, roadway, patching

A / B Driver Responsibilities

• Move equipment to and from job sites safely and efficiently
• Haul materials to and from site safely and efficiently to dedicated locations
• Add support wherever needed on job sites when not hauling
• Perform pre‑ and post‑trip inspections
• Inform foreman of any needed repairs
• Log all loads

Operator Responsibilities

• Operate excavator, loader, skid‑steer, dozer, and other Caterpillar equipment
• Move materials, load trucks, grade, and handle all aspects of excavation from start to finish

Laborer Responsibilities

• Load small equipment and materials needed for the day
• Set up laser for grades, pipe installation, shoveling, raking, and other ground work as required
