What You Will Do

All Lowe’s associates deliver quality customer service while maintaining a store that is clean, safe, and stocked with the products our customers need. As a Seasonal Associate, this means:

• Being friendly and professional, and responding quickly to customer and associate needs.
• Ensuring merchandise is stocked and presented appropriately for customers.
• Engaging in safe work practices and encouraging others to do the same.

Positions Included

The Seasonal Associate role may include positions such as Assembler, Receiver/Stocker, Customer Service Associate (CSA) - Sales Floor, CSA Loader, CSA Front End. These are typically temporary roles supporting Lowe’s mission by providing excellent customer service, assisting with merchandise, and processing sales and returns. Applicants may be considered for any of these roles based on store needs.

Travel Requirements

This role does not require regular travel but may occasionally involve travel for meetings, training, or support to other stores.

What We're Looking For

• Hourly Seasonal: Generally scheduled 10 to 40 hours; additional hours may be required.
• Availability: Must be available mornings, afternoons, and evenings any day, with specific availability for Receiver/Stocker roles.
• Physical Requirements: Ability to stand, sit, lift 25 pounds (over 25 pounds with assistance), and perform other physical activities.

Minimum Qualifications

• Assembler & Receiver/Stocker: Ability to read, write, and perform basic arithmetic.
• CSAs: 6 months experience with computers and handheld devices.

Preferred Qualifications

• Assembler & Receiver/Stocker: 3 months experience operating forklift or similar equipment.
• CSAs: 6 months retail experience in customer service, sales, or related tasks.

If required by local law, licensing or passing a test within 60 days of employment is necessary.
