What You Will Do

All Lowe’s associates deliver quality customer service while maintaining a store that is clean, safe, and stocked with the products our customers need. As a Seasonal Associate, this means:

• Being friendly and professional, and responding quickly to customer and associate needs.
• Ensuring merchandise is stocked and presented appropriately for customers.
• Engaging in safe work practices and encouraging others to do the same.

Roles and Responsibilities

The Seasonal Associate may hold roles such as Assembler, Receiver/Stocker, Customer Service Associate (CSA) - Sales Floor, CSA Loader, or CSA Front End, usually on a temporary basis. Responsibilities include greeting customers, responding to inquiries, assisting with locating, selecting, demonstrating, preparing, or loading merchandise. Specific duties vary by role, for example:

• Assembling merchandise (Assembler)
• Stocking and distributing merchandise (Receiver/Stocker)
• Loading merchandise for customers (CSA Loader)
• Assisting with shopping needs (CSA Sales Floor)
• Processing sales and returns (CSA Front End)

Additional duties may be assigned as needed. Depending on hiring needs, applicants may be considered for any of these roles.

Travel Requirements

This role does not require regular travel but may occasionally involve travel for meetings, training, or to support other stores.

What We're Looking For

• Scheduled 10 to 40 hours per week; more hours may be required.
• Availability for morning, afternoon, and evening shifts any day, except Receiver/Stocker which requires late evening, night, and early morning availability.
• Physical ability to perform tasks involving prolonged standing, sitting, and lifting (minimum 25 pounds, with or without assistance, depending on role).

Minimum Qualifications

• Ability to read, write, and perform basic arithmetic (addition, subtraction).
• Six months of experience with computers and handheld devices for CSAs and Receiver/Stocker roles.

Preferred Qualifications

• Three months of experience operating forklift/power equipment for Assembler & Receiver/Stocker roles.
• Six months of retail experience for CSAs, including customer service, product knowledge, and sales skills.

If required by state or local law, applicants must obtain a salesperson license within 60 days of employment.
