Job summary

Hallmark Cards is seeking a Merchandiser to work in various retail stores, independently managing product placement, stock levels, and in-store presentation. You will build retailer relationships, support store teams, and participate in seasonal resets and installations as needed.

This part-time role features a variable schedule averaging 10–15 hours per week, with weekend availability often required and paid training provided. You’ll represent Hallmark on the floor daily.

Qualifications

• You're at least 18 years of age.
• You're able to read, write and understand English.
• Able to lift/carry up to 30 pounds frequently and 50 pounds occasionally.
• Able to operate a handheld device to access documents and interpret information.
• You have access to a Wi-Fi network and the internet.
• You have reliable transportation to travel to and between stores as scheduled.

Responsibilities

• Day-to-day engagement: restock, organize, and monitor Hallmark products within and outside the Hallmark department using a mobile device; communicate with supervisor and report time.
• Holiday support: seasonal demand with extended hours and possible holiday work, including weekends.
• Department resets: assist with installations, fixtures, and relocating sections; two weeks' notice for remodels; may include evenings or weekends.
