Lids Sports Group is seeking a Seasonal Sales Help to energize the store and connect with fans. You will assist customers, drive sales, and maintain product presentation to reflect the Lids brand.

As part of the team, you’ll help manage inventory, support store operations, and uphold high standards of professionalism and service during peak seasons. This role reports to the Store Manager and requires flexible hours.

• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate verbally in a clear and professional manner.

• Generate Revenue: Achieve revenue growth through customer service and meet or exceed store goals.
• Control Expenses: Protect company assets and assist with inventory, shipments, and merchandising.
