Job summary

Enstrom Candies, Inc. is seeking a Seasonal Kitchen Assistant to support our candy production during peak periods. You will focus on the later stages of production, including packaging and labeling finished products to spec.

Responsibilities include monitoring daily production, managing time to hit schedules, operating enrobers, melters, roasters and sealers, and assisting in shipping as needed while upholding GMPs and HACCP guidelines.

Qualifications

• Follow directions and safety procedures at all times.
• Maintain quality standards even during repetitive work.
• Work well within a team environment and assist where needed.
• Fluency in written and spoken English.

Responsibilities

• Daily monitoring of production schedule and performance of tasks.
• Manage time to complete tasks as scheduled by Production Manager.
• Operate equipment like enrober, melters, roaster and sealer.
• Interact with coworkers for smooth departmental functioning.
• Prepare and clean work areas and package finished product.
• Label finished product and follow storage guidelines.
• Assist in other production or shipping departments as directed.
• Participate in GMPs and HACCP compliance.
