BARNES & NOBLE COLLEGE is seeking Seasonal Campus Store Team Members at ST MARYS UNIV in San Antonio. You will help deliver a welcoming retail experience by assisting customers, locating materials, and processing sales at the register.

Responsibilities include stocking, inventory support, and staying informed about promotions and services to better assist students and faculty throughout the semester.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Previous retail or customer service experience preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic math, keyboarding, and data entry skills.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize responsibilities, and adapt in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Dependable, self-motivated, and able to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, holidays, and peak academic periods.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers with merchandise and course materials.
• Operate the POS to process transactions (cash, credit, financial aid purchases).
• Maintain a clean, organized sales floor with merchandising and stock replenishment.
• Assist with inventory, receiving merchandise, order fulfillment, and other tasks.
• Develop product knowledge to confidently assist customers and upsell as needed.
