Qualifications

• Prior experience cleaning and maintaining the dish area, transferring supplies and equipment between storage and work areas.

Responsibilities

• Sweep and mop floors to meet safety and sanitation standards.
• Wash worktables, walls, refrigerators, meat blocks and other prep surfaces.
• Remove trash and place in designated containers; steam clean or hose out cans.
• Transfer supplies and equipment between storage and work areas.
• Assist with banquet table and front-of-house setup.
• Help with loading or unloading and delivering supplies and products.
• Distribute supplies, utensils and portable equipment as needed.
• Follow outlined sanitation and safety requirements.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
