Job summary

Outdoor Recreation Hospitality in Utah's national forest seeks a Host to help deliver a quality recreational experience across our campgrounds. The role focuses on guest service, site cleanliness, basic admin tasks, and fee collection.

You’ll work as part of a small team, following campground rules, maintaining facilities, and assisting visitors with local attractions. Flexible schedule including weekends and holidays, willingness to lift 20 pounds, and ability to move on uneven terrain are

Qualifications

• Strong customer service skills; enjoys working with the public.
• Excellent verbal and written communications skills.
• Basic recordkeeping and money handling experience.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision and learn quickly.
• Willing to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrates courteousness and provides excellent customer service by educating visitors on campground rules.
• Performs basic administrative tasks including recordkeeping and fee collection.
• Maintains facilities and grounds: cleaning, sanitizing, stocking restrooms, and disposing of ashes.
• Rakes and grooms sites and public areas; maintains trails and picnic areas.
• Registers campers, sells concession items, processes revenues per approved forms.
