Job summary
Desert Mountain Club seeks a Busser/Food Runner for its Food & Beverage team for a seasonal window from October 2026 through May 2027 in Scottsdale, AZ. You will assist servers, clear and reset tables, stock areas, and run food to guests, contributing to an exceptional guest experience.
The ideal candidate is a team player with a strong work ethic; prior restaurant or country club experience is a plus. The role offers a flat-dollar wage structure starting at $19.50/hour, with merit increases
Qualifications
- Prior restaurant and/or country club experience is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Reset tables and ensure tables and chairs are free of food particles and water spots.
- Set tables with clean linens, china, silverware and glassware with proper positioning.
- Remove dirty dishes and carry to the dishwashing area.
- Stock side stations with silverware, china, glass, ice and items as needed.
- Provide water refills, clear dishes, and communicate guest requests to server.
- Pour coffee, replenish rolls and butter.
- Remain on dining room floor to assist as needed.
- Assist in function setup/teardown and with food delivery.
- Work days, nights, weekends, and holidays; stand for long periods.
