Job summary

Desert Mountain Club is seeking a Busser/Food Runner to support the Food & Beverage team at our Scottsdale, AZ location. The role focuses on assisting servers, maintaining clean tables, stocking stations, and running food to guests and members.

Starting at $19.50 per hour or more based on experience, with a guaranteed year-round wage and merit-based increases through a career ladder. Benefits include comprehensive health coverage, PTO, and retirement options.

Responsibilities

Reset tables and ensure tables and chairs are free of food particles and water spots.
Stock side stations with silverware, china, glass, ice and other items.
Check on tables during service hours and provide water refills and clearing of dishes.
Assist in function set-up and tear-down.
Assist with food delivery, as needed.
Other duties as assigned by management.
Required to work days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
Required to stand for long periods of time.
