Job summary

LEGO Group Brand Retail is seeking a Seasonal Sales Associate (Brick Specialist) at Dadeland Mall in Miami, FL to deliver inspired guest experiences in a vibrant store environment. This seasonal, part-time role runs through January, with up to 25 hours per week, including at least one weekend day.

You will greet guests, handle the register, maintain displays, assist in the stockroom, and engage customers with LEGO promotions and loyalty programs.

Qualifications

• Retail experience desired.
• Ability to work nights, weekends and holidays.
• Physical ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 30 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and perform all cash register functions in a professional, friendly manner.
• Maintain clean, safe, and visually appealing store displays.
• Assist in stockroom receiving and stockroom maintenance per brand standards.
• Resolve customer issues and escalate to management when needed.
• Engage with customers and promote promotions and loyalty programs.
