LEGO Group in Grand Rapids is seeking a customer-focused store associate to greet guests, handle cash register duties, and maintain engaging displays that reflect LEGO Brand Retail standards.

You will also support daily store operations, assist with stockroom tasks, ensure safety compliance, and contribute to a welcoming, imaginative environment for visitors. The role offers a benefit-rich workplace with family leave options, insurance, wellbeing resources, and a colleague discount.

Job Description

Core Responsibilities

Compensation

The hourly wage for the position has a range of $17.25 - $18.75 , based on anticipated responsibilities, market benchmarks, and organizational constraints. The LEGO Group carefully considers a wide range of compensation factors, including but not limited to prior experience, skills, expertise, location, internal equity, and other considerations permitted by law. The comprehensive remuneration details, inclusive of any benefits, will be communicated upon finalization of the employment offer.
