Job summary

LEGO Group is looking for a store associate to deliver an exceptional guest experience in our Louisville location. You will greet guests, handle cash register duties, and maintain a clean, inviting store environment in line with LEGO Brand Retail standards.

You will also assist with stockroom operations, engage customers with promotions and loyalty programs, and support daily store tasks while upholding safety and teamwork.

Core Responsibilities:

  • Ensure a signature experience for every guest that visits our LEGO® stores by greeting every guest in your location, performing all cash register functions and portraying a professional, gracious, friendly and engaging manner at all times
  • Provide a clean, safe and visually stimulating environment by performing daily cleaning duties, maintaining store displays and learning and executing LEGO® Brand Retail visual standards
  • Safely and efficiently operate the store stockroom as you assist in the receiving of merchandise, maintain the stockroom to LEGO® Brand Retail standards, know and abide by all safety regulations and notify management of potential shortage situations
  • Resolve customer issues and report challenging situations to manager
  • Customer engagement
  • Use of promotional materials, loyalty programs
  • Typically, responsible for store operational tasks in duty

Compensation

The hourly wage for the position has a range of $17.25 - $18.75, based on anticipated responsibilities, market benchmarks, and organizational constraints. The LEGO Group carefully considers a wide range of compensation factors, including but not limited to prior experience, skills, expertise, location, internal equity, and other considerations permitted by law. The comprehensive remuneration details, inclusive of any benefits, will be communicated upon finalization of the employment offer.
