Altar’d State in Dedham, MA is hiring a Brand Representative (Sales Associate) to deliver exceptional guest service, build relationships, and share product knowledge while maintaining a clean, organized store that reflects our brand.

You will consistently meet individual sales goals, process transactions quickly and accurately, adhere to cash handling procedures, help create a welcoming, inclusive environment, and participate in inventory prep and merchandising.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Physically able to stand for long periods and lift up to 30 pounds.
• Willing to perform register transactions accurately and handle cash.
• Able to work flexible schedules as needed by the store.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent guest service by anticipating needs and building relationships.
• Maintain organized store surfaces and assist with merchandising and window displays.
• Operate the register and complete transactions accurately.
• Contribute to inventory preparation and loss prevention awareness.
• Adhere to store standards of dress, grooming and professional behavior.
