Job summary

Stand Out For Good, Inc. operates Altar’d State stores and is seeking a Brand Representative to deliver exceptional guest service and drive sales. You will build relationships, share product knowledge, and maintain a clean, organized store environment.

As a part of the Altar’d State team, you’ll handle transactions, adhere to loss-prevention guidelines, support inventory, and contribute to a welcoming shopping experience for guests across our Bloomington location.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Physical ability for standing, sitting, reaching, kneeling, or squatting.
• Occasional ladder climbing may be required.
• Ability to lift and carry 30 pounds regularly.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional guest service and build relationships to drive sales.
• Perform register transactions quickly and accurately and handle cash.
• Maintain store cleanliness and organized merchandise presentation.
• Assist in inventory preparation and loss prevention practices.
• Support management with store operations and timekeeping.
