Stand Out For Good, Inc. is seeking a Brand Representative (Sales Associate) at Legacy Place in Dedham, MA. You will deliver outstanding guest service, share product knowledge, and maintain a welcoming store environment while hitting individual sales goals.

As a Brand Representative, you will build guest relationships, present products with enthusiasm, and contribute to a clean, well-organized store. This role offers competitive base pay, an associate discount, and opportunities for advancement.

Qualifications

Must be at least 18 years of age.
Prolonged standing, frequent bending, and ability to lift up to 30 pounds.
Experience in retail or guest service is a plus.

Responsibilities

Drive revenue through exceptional guest service and relationship building with guests.
Meet or exceed individual sales goals to support store targets.
Maintain a clean, organized store; assist with inventory and merchandising.

Role Overview

Reporting to the Store Leadership, the Brand Representative (Sales Associate) drives revenue and provides guests with exceptional service, through relationship building, product knowledge sharing, and presenting a clean, well-maintained store environment. Consistently achieves individual sales associate goals, which support store goals.

Adheres to loss prevention practices and is aware of and reports potential incidents, to ensure shortage control and to protect Company assets
Maintains a safe work environment and reports any potential hazards to leadership
Participates and assists in the preparation for the stores’ inventory
Reports to work as scheduled; records time worked accurately by using Altar’d State’s time and attendance system; remains flexible to the needs of the business

Presentation

Assists in the construction of merchandising and window displays
Maintains a clean and presentable store environment
Represents the brand by adhering to appropriate standards of dress and grooming

Qualifications

Brand Representatives (Sales Associates) must be at least 18 years of age
Physical ability to perform tasks, which could require prolonged standing, sitting, reaching, kneeling and / or squatting frequently. May be required to occasionally climb ladders, climb and descend stairs frequently, depending on location.
Must be able to lift and carry 30 pounds regularly without assistance.
