You will assist with merchandising, operate the cash register, and uphold brand standards while learning about Timberland’s products. The role is ideal for someone who enjoys retail, working with a team, and delivering best‑in‑class customer experiences

Qualifications

• 0–1 year of relevant experience.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Foundation skills: communicate well, engage with diverse customers, work in a team, learn and share product knowledge, stay organized.

Responsibilities

• Engage with customers to deliver energy, authenticity, and a customer‑first mindset.
• Help customers find products and explain features to drive sales.
• Contribute to store's visual merchandising and overall presentation.
