Job summary

Qualifications

• Two (2) years of retail store experience preferred.
• High School Diploma
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills and ability to convey the Deckers Brands Vision and Mission to your team members and customers
• Highly motivated team player and self-starter

Responsibilities

• Greet customers promptly and courteously as they enter the store.
• Provide exceptional service from start to finish and respond to customer questions.
• Communicate returns policy clearly to customers.
• Operate the cash register and handle money accurately.
• Check inventory daily and ensure products are stocked for customers.
• Merchandise products in line with Visual Merchandising standards.
• Maintain a clean back-stock area and break area.
• Follow safety policies and report theft per company procedures.
• Report to Store Manager and be punctual and reliable.
