Job summary

Vans is seeking a Seasonal Sales Associate to be the face of the brand, delivering energy, authenticity, and a customer-first mindset at the point of contact with shoppers.

You will share product knowledge, drive store sales, and participate in visual merchandising and daily operations to maintain brand presentation standards. This role supports peak season with potential to transition to regular employment, and a high school diploma or equivalent is preferred with 0–1 year of experience.

Qualifications

• A High School Diploma or equivalent is preferred; but we value hands-on experience and demonstrated achievements most.
• Strong communication skills—both verbal and written.
• Ability to stand and move throughout the store for extended periods and perform physical tasks.

Responsibilities

• Deliver a high level of personalized customer engagement and sales by maintaining a consumer-centric mindset.
• Build sales by engaging customers, sharing product knowledge, and contributing to visual merchandising.
• Assist with cashier duties and support loss prevention initiatives as needed.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and customer-ready store environment and adhere to company policies and safety standards.
• Model inclusive behavior and support peak-season staffing with potential for regular employment.
