Job summary

Vans is seeking a Seasonal Sales Associate to be the face of the brand, delivering energetic, authentic, customer-first service. You will engage customers, share product knowledge, contribute to sales and visual merchandising, and uphold brand standards in a fast-paced store environment.

Role supports peak season with potential for regular employment; minimum 0–1 year of experience and a high school diploma preferred.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience preferred; retail experience is a plus.
• Strong communication skills—both verbal and written.
• Work collaboratively as part of a team and adapt to changing business needs.
• Willingness to learn and share product and brand knowledge.
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• Proficient computer skills including basic retail systems and applications.
• Ability to stand and move throughout the store for extended periods and perform physical tasks.
