Job summary

Urban Outfitters in Walnut Creek is seeking Seasonal Brand Ambassadors to energize the store and connect with customers through personal style and pop culture awareness. You’ll help create an authentic, fun shopping experience that reflects the UO vibe.

Responsibilities

• Present the Brand on the sales floor with energy and authenticity.
• Engage customers through genuine conversations and highlight exclusive drops/promotions.
• Keep the store organized, visually on-brand, and easy to shop.
• Assist customers via in-store and digital channels to support seamless shopping.
• Collaborate with teammates and stay flexible to store needs and shifts.
