URBN Urban Outfitters, Inc. is hiring Seasonal Brand Ambassadors for our Lynnwood store.

You’ll bring the brand to life through personal style, genuine connections with customers, and enthusiasm for pop culture, helping deliver an authentic, fun shopping experience. Responsibilities include energizing the sales floor, engaging customers with exclusive drops, restocking, styling displays, and using in-store tech to support seamless shopping—on-site, online, or in-between.

Qualifications

• Retail or customer service experience is a plus, but not required.
• Flexibility with scheduling including nights, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Bring the Brand to Life: stay in the know on product drops, trends, and in-store and online activity.
• Create the Energy on the Salesfloor: engage customers with authentic conversations and promotions.
• Make Shopping Seamless: keep the store organized and on-brand; restock and style displays.
• Use in-store tech to support shopping across in-store, online, and hybrid experiences.
• Stay Curious + Flexible: be open to new tasks and learning.
• Work as a Team: support colleagues and maintain a positive store environment.
