Job summary

URBN Urban Outfitters, Inc. is seeking Seasonal Brand Ambassadors to bring the brand to life at the Fort Worth store. You will engage customers with authentic conversations, stay current on product drops, and help maintain an inspiring, organized shopping space.

Ideal candidates love fashion and pop culture, express their personal style, and enjoy teamwork. Flexible scheduling and opportunities to grow within the brand are offered, with employee discounts and hands-on retail experience.

Responsibilities

• Bring the Brand to Life: show up as you—your individuality and perspective are what make the UO experience different; stay in the know on product drops and trends.
• Create the Energy on the Salesfloor: engage customers with authentic conversations and promote exclusive drops and promotions.
• Make Shopping Seamless: keep the store organized, restock and style displays for a fresh, on-brand look.
• Use in-store tech to support customers shopping in-store, online, or across channels.
• Stay Curious + Flexible: be open to new tasks and learning as you go; every day is different.
• Work as a Team: support teammates and bring positive energy to the store environment.
