Job summary

Old Navy is looking for a Brand Associate to bring our store experience to life for customers. You’ll educate shoppers on our products and loyalty programs, help drive sales, and collaborate with the leadership team to deliver exceptional customer experiences across omnichannel touchpoints.

You’ll be part of a fast-paced team, supporting sales floor operations, fittings, and checkout while maintaining an organized space and welcoming atmosphere for every guest.

Qualifications

• Face-to-face customer service excellence in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Ability to learn product knowledge and use it to educate customers.
• Willingness to adapt to a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends.
• Comfort with using technology in daily operations to support sales.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with product questions and purchasing decisions.
• Engage customers to promote loyalty programs and drive sales.
• Maintain a clean, organized sales floor and fitting rooms.
• Support checkout, stock replenishment and back-of-house tasks as needed.
