Gap is seeking a Brand Associate to bring our optimistic American style to life for customers in our stores. You’ll provide excellent customer service, educate on products, and drive loyalty through our loyalty programs, using an omni-channel approach.

Work with leadership to deliver a best-in-class customer experience on the sales floor, fitting room, and checkout while maintaining a neat, organized workspace and supporting operations.

Qualifications

• Customer-focused service provider both on and off the sales floor to help deliver an exceptional experience for our customers.
• Ability to educate customers about loyalty programs and drive sales through suggestive selling.
• Experience using omni-channel approaches to customer engagement.
