Old Navy seeks a Brand Associate to bring the brand to life for customers by delivering outstanding service and product knowledge. You will educate shoppers, build loyalty, and connect with customers using omnichannel tools to create a seamless shopping experience.

You are a strong communicator with a passion for retail, comfortable with technology at the point of sale, and ready to collaborate with leadership to achieve store goals while keeping the space welcoming and organized.

Qualifications

• Be at least 16 years of age.
• Be legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Not require current or future employment visa sponsorship to work in the United States.
• Be willing to learn and use technology tools, including mobile devices, apps and registers.
• Be available to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays, with or without reasonable accommodation.
• Be able to perform the essential functions of the role, including standing and lifting up to 30 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service and educate customers about loyalty programs.
• Drive sales and service through suggestive selling.
• Engage with customers using omnichannel offerings to enhance experience.
• Maintain a neat, clean and organized work center.
• Support sales floor, fitting room, cash wrap and back-of-house operations as needed.
• Meet personal goals that contribute to store targets and results.
• Handle customer interactions and potential issues courteously and professionally.
• Execute operational processes efficiently.
