Gap Inc. is seeking a Brand Associate in Westfield, NJ to bring the Gap experience to life for customers on the sales floor and via omni-channel channels.

You will educate customers about products and loyalty programs, drive sales with suggestive selling, and collaborate with leadership to deliver a best-in-class shopping experience. Flexibility for evenings, weekends, and holidays is required.

Qualifications

• Lift up to 30 lbs and maneuver around the store.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service and engage customers to build loyalty.
• Educate customers about loyalty programs and promotions.
• Drive sales using proactive suggestive selling and omni-channel tools.
• Collaborate with leadership to provide a best-in-class experience.
• Support sales floor, fitting room, cash wrap and stockroom as needed.
• Maintain a neat, organized work area and handle customer interactions professionally.
