Job summary

Old Navy in Redlands, CA is seeking a Brand Associate to bring our brand to life for customers. You’ll deliver excellent service, educate on loyalty programs, and help drive sales using our omni-channel approach.

Work with leadership to create a best-in-class experience, keep the store neat, process transactions, and support sales floor, fitting room, and back-of-house tasks. The hourly range is $17.00–$17.50 with location-based pay rules.

Qualifications

• Be at least 16 years of age.
• Be legally authorized to work in the United States.
• No current or future visa sponsorship required.

Responsibilities

• Consistently treat customers and coworkers with respect.
• Educate customers about loyalty programs and drive sales.
• Engage with customers to provide a best-in-class experience using omni-channel tools.
• Support sales floor, fitting room, cash wrap, and back-of-house as needed.
• Maintain a neat, clean, and organized work center.
• Handle customer interactions professionally, including returns.
• Execute operational processes efficiently.
