Lush Fresh Handmade Cosmetics in Richmond, VA is hiring Seasonal Ambassadors who blend product expertise with outstanding customer consultations and demos. You'll drive sales on the shop floor while building a fun, inclusive team atmosphere.

You will educate customers on our brand values—cruelty-free, 100% vegetarian, handmade, and naked packaging—and invite shoppers to engage through store events and experiences. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays is required.

Qualifications

• Flexibility to adapt to a fast-paced retail environment.
• Knowledge and passion for skincare, natural beauty, and ethical business.
• Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Experience with consultation-based customer service models (preferred).
• Experience working in skincare or cosmetics (preferred).
• DEIB awareness or training (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Driving Sales: Exceed daily sales goals using StoreForce data and feedback.
• Customer Experience: Deliver world-class service and personalized recommendations.
• Building the Brand: Educate customers on brand values (cruelty-free, vegetarian, handmade, naked packaging).
• Product Passion: Expand product knowledge and confidently recommend benefits.
• Team Involvement: Develop sales techniques and support team growth.
• Operational Excellence: Maintain store standards, visuals, and inventory.
