Responsibilities

• Driving Sales: Utilize StoreForce dashboard results and feedback to exceed sales goals, owning your contribution to the store’s sales.
• Customer Experience: Deliver a world-class experience to every customer, listening, asking open-ended questions, and demonstrating product benefits.
• Building the Brand: Educate customers on brand values including cruelty-free stance, ethical buying, vegetarian products, handmade items, and naked packaging; engage with the community to attract traffic.
• Product Passion: Continuously expand product knowledge and stay up-to-date on ingredients and benefits to confidently tailor recommendations.
• Development: Use store resources to develop sales techniques and product knowledge, support team growth, and seek feedback and opportunities to improve.
