Carter’s is seeking a Seasonal Associate to be the first face of the brand for growing families. You will warmly welcome customers, help with baby essentials, and share knowledge of our products.

You’ll support omnichannel needs, process transactions, replenish stock, and promote promotions while maintaining a clean, safe store environment. We value an upbeat, solutions-oriented mindset and strong verbal/written communication.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail or guest-facing roles preferred.
• Ability to communicate clearly with customers and team members.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers with a warm greeting and provide assistance with product styles, features, and benefits.
• Confidently resolve issues for customers in a busy retail environment.
• Assist with omnichannel needs to ensure a positive shopping experience.
• Execute and expedite point of sale/register transactions.
• Complete floor replenishment and shipment as needed.
• Explain promotional events and the brand loyalty program, including credit.
• Minimize store loss by delivering exceptional customer service and maintaining a safe, clean store.
