Qualifications

• Retail experience preferred in a high-volume environment.
• Ability to communicate effectively with customers and staff.
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule including weekends.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service with a customer-first mindset.
• Meet or exceed sales KPI and contribute to monthly and quarterly plans.
• Engage customers via Polo Connect program and share product knowledge.
• Assist in fitting rooms with sizing and maintain store standards.
• Support floor sets, replenishment and overall store operations.
• Participate in trainings and provide feedback to management.
