Urban Outfitters in Baton Rouge is seeking a Seasonal Brand Ambassador to bring the brand to life through authentic conversations, strong product knowledge, and a fun, fashion-forward vibe. You’ll help customers find items they love and create a memorable store experience.

Flexibility with nights and weekends is valued, and teamwork is essential as you collaborate with associates to keep displays fresh and the store on-brand. Previous retail or customer service is a plus but not required.

• Experience in retail or customer service is a plus, but not required.

Responsabilidades

• Engage customers with authentic conversations and share enthusiasm for products.
• Keep customers informed about exclusive drops and promotions.
• Help maintain an inspiring, organized, and easy-to-shop space with restocking and displays.
• Use in-store tech to support customers’ shopping preferences (in-store/online).
• Work as a team, sharing ideas and keeping energy positive.
