Job summary

Urban Outfitters in Sarasota, FL is seeking Seasonal Brand Ambassadors to bring the store to life through real connections and personal style. You’ll engage customers with authentic conversations, stay on top of drops, and help create an inspiring shopping environment.

Ideal candidates express creativity and energy, enjoy trends, and are flexible with nights, weekends, and holidays. Retail or customer service experience is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Engage customers with authentic conversations, keep them informed about exclusive drops and promotions, and share your enthusiasm for products you’re genuinely excited about.
• Help maintain a space that feels inspiring, organized, and easy to shop; from restocking to styling displays, you’ll keep the store looking fresh and on-brand.
• Use in-store tech to support customers how they want to shop—whether that’s in-store, online, or somewhere in between.
• Be open to trying new things, jumping in where needed, and learning as you go—every day is a little different, and that’s part of the fun.
• Support your team, share ideas, and bring good energy—we show up for each other and make the store a positive place to be.
