Leap Inc in Chicago is looking for enthusiastic Seasonal Sales Associates to join our SET boutique, powered by the Leap Platform, during the peak selling season. You will deliver authentic customer experiences, learn product stories, and work in a fast-paced team setting to meet store goals.

You will support daily operations, maintain a welcoming environment, and assist with events, promotions, weekends, and other peak-time needs.

Qualifications

• Previous retail, hospitality, or customer-facing experience required.
• Passion for creating exceptional customer experiences.
• Strong communication and active listening.
• Flexible availability including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Engage customers with authentic conversation and personalized recommendations.
• Educate customers about products and share the brand story.
• Provide service throughout the customer journey from engagement to checkout.
• Represent the brand with professionalism and enthusiasm.
• Support replenishment, inventory, and daily store operations.
• Assist with opening/closing procedures and maintain brand standards.
