Urban Outfitters in State College, PA is seeking Seasonal Brand Ambassadors to bring the store experience to life. You will engage customers with authentic conversations, stay on top of drops, and help maintain an inspiring, well-organized salesfloor that reflects the UO brand.

You’ll work a flexible schedule—including nights and weekends—while learning about fashion culture and retail operations. This role offers hands-on product exposure and teamwork within a vibrant store environment.

Qualifications

• Retail or customer service experience is a plus, but not required.
• Flexible scheduling including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to engage customers and convey brand energy.

Responsabilités

• Bring the Brand to Life with individuality and energy on the salesfloor.
• Create the energy on the salesfloor through authentic conversations.
• Make shopping seamless by keeping the space organized and on-brand.
• Support customers using in-store tech for in-store or online shopping.
