Job summary

Brobston Group is seeking a Seasonal Brand Ambassador in Hawaii who delivers a personalized, inspiring shopping experience, supports sales goals, upholds store standards, and helps build lasting customer relationships.

You will collaborate with the team, share knowledge of fashion, styling, and customer programs, assist with product selection and fittings, and maintain floor, fitting room, and visual standards.

Qualifications

• Retail or similar experience in a high-volume environment is preferred.
• Communicate effectively and build positive relationships with customers, managers, and coworkers.
• Operate a register and remain mobile for extended periods; lift up to 30 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Deliver excellent customer service and meet or exceed sales and performance objectives.
• Assist customers with product selection, styling, fitting room needs, and programs.
• Maintain sales floor, fitting room, stockroom, and visual standards; support replenishment and floor sets.
• Complete opening and closing duties, participate in training, and collaborate with colleagues.

• Complete opening and closing responsibilities, participate in training, and collaborate with colleagues.

Requirements

• Retail or similar experience in a high-volume or high-profile environment is preferred.
• Communicate effectively and build positive relationships with customers, managers, and coworkers.
• Operate a register and remain mobile for extended periods; lift or climb as needed, including lifting up to 30 pounds.
• Work a flexible schedule that may include days, evenings, weekends, overnight shifts, and required travel.
