Job summary

Brobston Group is seeking a Brand Ambassador to deliver personalized customer service and an inspiring shopping experience. You will support sales goals, maintain store standards, and foster a positive, inclusive team environment in our Jenks location.

You will help customers with product selection, styling, and fittings, contribute to sales plans, keep the floor and stockroom organized, and participate in training. Flexibility for day, evening, and weekend shifts is required.

Qualifications

• Retail or similar experience in a high-volume environment.
• Effective communication and ability to build positive relationships with customers and colleagues.
• Ability to operate a register, stand and walk for extended periods, and lift or climb as required.
• Flexible availability for day, evening, and weekend shifts; overnight shifts or travel may be required.
