Job summary

Leap’s boutique is seeking enthusiastic Seasonal Sales Associates to join during peak season. You’ll engage customers, share product knowledge, and contribute to a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

You will support day-to-day store operations, maintain a welcoming space, and collaborate to meet business goals. The role involves weekends and peak periods with hourly pay between $16 and $18. Join Leap and help elevate the brand experience.

Qualifications

• Previous retail, hospitality, or customer-facing experience required.
• Flexibility to support peak seasonal needs and events.
• Able to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Create exceptional customer experiences through authentic conversation and personalized recommendations.
• Support daily sales goals and contribute to store performance.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and customer-ready store environment and assist with inventory/shipment tasks.
• Be a reliable team member with dependable attendance and flexible scheduling.
