Sanctuary boutique in Los Angeles is seeking enthusiastic Seasonal Sales Associates to join our team, powered by the Leap Platform, during the peak selling season. You will connect with customers, share the brand story, and provide personalized recommendations to create memorable shopping experiences.

As a brand ambassador, you will support day-to-day store operations, maintain a welcoming environment, and collaborate with your team to meet business goals.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail, hospitality, or customer-facing roles.
• Passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
• Strong communication skills across diverse customers.
• Ability to learn product knowledge and share brand stories.
• Team-oriented with flexibility for evolving store priorities.
• Dependable and adaptable in a fast-paced environment.
• Maintains clean, organized sales floor for guest experience.
• Flexible availability including weekends and holidays.
• Able to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
