Job summary

Tecovas in Austin-based Western brand seeks a Seasonal Sales Associate to greet customers, advise on boots, process transactions, and keep the floor stocked. You’ll work closely with the store leadership to deliver an unmatched customer experience.

This role is part-time (15-20 hours/week), requires a High School Diploma, and the ability to lift up to 30 lbs. Weekend availability and reliable commute are expected.

Responsibilities

• Greets customers and delivers high-quality service on the sales floor.
• Assists with product knowledge, branding, debossing, boot shaping, shines, and cash wrap.
• Supports receiving shipments and stocking for floor placement.
• Tracks in-transit shipments and communicates updates to leadership.
• Maintains organized stockroom and accessible items for staff.
• Leads or assists restock processes to maintain stock levels.
• Demonstrates loss prevention awareness through cycle counts and transfers.
• Participates in staff education and shares product knowledge.
• Assists in maintaining store facilities.
