As a Seasonal Bilingual Member Service Specialist, you will be a part of our 100% remote Contact Center team and responsible for answering and handling incoming calls fromPrime members, pharmacies and doctors’ offices. You will provide support and assistance to our callers to help them get the medicine they need to feel better and live well. This opportunity will help build your customer service skills and knowledge for a career in healthcare.
This is a seasonal, hourly work from home position with the opportunity to be hired on as a full time employee (with benefits) within a 5 month time period depending on overall employee performance and business needs.
