Job summary

The Salvation Army in Charleston, SC is seeking a seasonal full-time Driver to support the kettle and Angel Tree programs. You will operate a 12-passenger van to transport bellringers and deliver kettles, with additional duties coordinating drop-offs and pickups for Angel Tree items.

Candidates must have a High School Diploma or GED and at least 2 years of driving experience, or an equivalent combination of training and experience.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED and 2 years of automotive operation experience, or equivalent.
• Must have or be able to obtain a valid driver's license.
• 21 years of age or older to drive the vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Drive Salvation Army vehicle (12 Passenger Van) to transport bellringers and place kettles in designated locations.
• Drop off and pick up Angel Tree items as part of the kettle and Angel Tree program.
• Assist staff with drop-offs and pickups for the Angel Tree program as needed.
