The Salvation Army USA Western Territory is seeking bell ringers to stand at approved locations and ring a bell next to the kettle, greeting customers and collecting donations in the name of The Salvation Army.

Responsibilities include arriving on time, wearing proper ID, recording hours, and maintaining a respectful, friendly demeanor while encouraging donations during the holiday season.

Qualifications

• At least 18 years old.
• Background check required with Protect the Mission policies and procedures.
• Be neatly groomed.
• Be friendly, respectful, honest, and punctual.

Responsabilités

• Show up to work on time at the assigned location.
• Stand and ring the bell at kettle stand.
• Wear proper identification given to you by The Salvation Army (ID badge, logo printed attire, etc.).
• Record worked hours on the time slip each day, including lunch breaks.
• Greet customers in a friendly manner.
• Say "Merry Christmas" "Thank you" God Bless you", etc.
• Communicate with Kettle Coordinator when unable to report to work as soon as possible or when availability changes.
• Do not eat, drink, be on the phone, or under any controlled substance while working as a bell ringer.
• Keep work area clean.
• Perform other assignments/duties as directed.
