Job summary

Ulta Beauty is seeking a Seasonal Task Associate to support store operations and deliver an exceptional guest experience. You will keep fixtures stocked, maintain cleanliness, and perform assigned tasks to support the Merchandise Manager and Operations Manager.

You will contribute to achieving store goals through timely replenishment, adherence to procedures, and friendly guest service. The role requires flexibility for early mornings, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• High school diploma preferred.
• 1 year of relevant work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Meet store retail goals by ensuring tasks are executed as planned and products are available for purchase.
• Maintain compliance with task dashboards and ensure timely completion of operational processes including replenishment, merchandise sets, and inventory procedures.
• Maintain prompt, regular attendance.
• Contribute to an inclusive environment supporting teammates and guests.
• Participate in ongoing brand and category trainings to drive sales performance.
• Follow Ulta Beauty policies, procedures, and dress code.
• Complete merchandise resets, planograms, displays, and inventory procedures using Ulta Beauty practices.
• Drive operational excellence by keeping work areas replenished, signed, and faced; ensure testers are available.
• Maintain store cleanliness across sales floor, restrooms, cashwrap, backroom, and break areas.
• Protect company assets by following loss prevention practices and delivering guest service.
