Job summary

Ulta Beauty is hiring a Seasonal Task Associate to support store operations and deliver an exceptional guest experience. You will help keep fixtures stocked, maintain store cleanliness, and execute tasks with accuracy to meet performance goals.

The role supports the Merchandise Manager and Operations Manager and requires adherence to store procedures, attendance, and a cooperative team mindset. A flexible schedule including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays is expected.

Qualifications

• High school diploma is preferred.
• 1 year of relevant work experience or equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience preferred.
• Proficient with basic technology (e.g., POS systems and Apple devices).
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to problem solve.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to meeting or exceeding store goals by ensuring tasks are executed and product is available.
• Meet compliance and execution goals related to task dashboard and inventory processes.
• Maintain prompt, regular attendance.
• Contribute to an inclusive environment and participate in ongoing training.
• Follow Ulta Beauty policies, dress code, and standard procedures.
