Responsibilities

• Contribute to meeting store goals related to retail and service sales and guest loyalty.
• Greet and engage guests, answer questions about products and services, and recommend Ulta Beauty offerings.
• Perform makeup applications, skincare analysis, and product demonstrations.
• Book appointments and support in-store events to deliver a premium guest experience.
• Maintain store cleanliness and assist with merchandise resets and inventory procedures.
