Job summary

Ulta Beauty, Inc. is seeking a Seasonal Beauty Advisor to provide an exceptional guest experience in-store. You will engage with guests to assess needs, perform makeup applications, skincare analysis, and product demonstrations to boost sales.

You will also schedule services and assist with events, while staying informed about new products and promotions to better serve customers. The role requires a passion for beauty, strong guest service skills, and ability to work a flexible schedule

Qualifications

High school diploma preferred.
1 year of relevant work experience preferred.

Responsibilities

Contribute to meeting or exceeding store goals for retail and service sales, guest loyalty, omni-channel sales, and shrink.
Provide exceptional service by greeting and engaging guests, informing them about products and promotions, and recommending Ulta Beauty products/services.
Handle customer service, sales, refunds, and exchanges and assist with online orders.
Perform makeup applications, skincare analysis, and product demonstrations to drive sales and guest experience.
Book appointments for services and in-store events to deliver an unrivaled guest experience while achieving sales goals.
Stay informed on new and existing products and services to better serve guests.
