Ulta Beauty in Pittsfield, MA is seeking a Seasonal Beauty Advisor to deliver an exceptional guest experience by performing makeup applications, skincare analysis, product demonstrations, and personalized recommendations to drive sales and guest loyalty.

The role requires greeting guests, answering questions about promotions, keeping fixtures stocked and the store clean, supporting in-store events, processing transactions, and collaborating with teammates to meet store goals; flexible schedule

Qualifications

• High school diploma is preferred.
• 1 year of relevant work experience or equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience preferred.
• Demonstrates a passion for guest service and competency for selling.
• Proficient with basic technology including POS systems and Apple devices.
• Ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to meeting store goals in retail and service sales, guest loyalty, omni-channel sales, and shrink.
• Greet and engage guests, personalize service, answer questions, inform about promotions, and recommend products.
• Courteously handle customer service, sales, refunds, and exchanges and assist with online orders.
• Perform makeup applications, skincare analysis, and product demonstrations with guests.
• Book appointments and support in-store events to deliver an unrivaled guest experience.
• Stay informed on new products and services and communicate benefits to guests.
• Maintain prompt, regular attendance.
